Including researching impact to organization and suggested plan to proceed Providing security to the product via users and roles Here's what we're looking for: Must possess a minimum of 1-3 years of experience working with the iSolved HCM software platform and a minimum of 3 years of experience working for a payroll or HCM solution provider Must be highly proficient in all elements of payroll, human resources, benefits administration, and finance/tax and how those areas are setup and supported within the iSolved software platform Strong focus, problem solving and analytical skills, coupled with flexibility and a strong sense of urgency Strong presentation skills and being comfortable speaking in front of group Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities along with attention-to-detail and a high degree of accuracy High level of troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, detailed-oriented and organized You are hungry to learn, humble enough to listen, and forming deep relationships is one of your greatest strengths.
