Technical Product Owner- ServiceNow Key Responsibilities: The ServiceNow Technical Product Owner (TPO) is a pivotal role responsible for steering the strategic direction of ServiceNow products within our organization. The TPO will work closely with various business and IT stakeholders to ensure the ServiceNow platform aligns with organizational goals and delivers value. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, product management acumen, and a deep understanding of business processes and requirements. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's Degree or relevant product management certification is a plus. Minimum three or more years of experience in ServiceNow, including a solid understanding of the platform's capabilities and features. Experience in product management, product ownership, or a similar role, preferably within a technology or IT service management environment. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices. Desired Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist is preferred. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile product management certification is a plus. Location: Sacramento, CA ( Onsite, Hybrid) Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $115,000-130,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
