Salary is c£36,000 per annum plus 25 days holidays and bank holidays, pension, bonus, hybrid working. We are looking for a Procurement Systems Specialist to work on a permanent basis near Ormskirk/Hybrid. Salary is c£36,000 per annum plus 25 days holidays and bank holidays, pension, bonus, hybrid working. Key Responsibilities Working within cross functional teams for specific projects as required Together with Procurement Systems Manager design and document standard processes in theuse of Procurement Systems Provide systems training and assist Procurement users in the use of all our procurement systemse. g. SAP, Central Procurement, Ariba, CIP, e Cat Manage digital transformation projects from evaluation through to implementation Measure Performance versus compliance targets set in objectives Maintenance of key data in Procurement systems. Implement Standard Procurement Systems in all areas of Procurement, which will involve: Supporting SAP roll outs across the group Influencing stakeholders both within and outside Studying existing implementations and methodically transforming to a standard model Skills and experience: Have experience of working in a Procurement environment for a minimum of one year Experience of SAP and in particular MM Materials Management module would be beneficial. Excellent team working abilities with good interpersonal, verbal and written communicationand influencing skillinteractioncellent analytical skills and be process orientated Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel and Power Point.
