Procurement MI & Systems Analyst Exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established Procurement department Varied workload encompassing data analysis, MI presentation, system management and cross functional collaboration Hybrid up to 80% homeworking options available About the role An excellent new opportunity has become available for an experienced professional to join our Procurement department and become an integral part of their success. As a Procurement MI & Systems Analyst, you will support the management and development of procurement systems as well as the efficient production and presentation of management information. The role will entail looking after our supplier contracts database system and ensuring its effective usage in line with our business requirements. As a Procurement MI & Systems Analyst, you will offer advice and support to internal system users, promoting best practice and the correct and consistent use of our policies and procedures to control acquisition costs and risks associated with procurement activity. This is a collaborative role which will give you the opportunity to build relationships with buyers, suppliers and internal stakeholders such as our legal, IT, Risk and Compliance teams. On a typical day, you could be analysing systems data, collating and providing management information, identifying, proposing and implementing improvements to processes and systems to reduce costs and enhance functionality or assisting with our Environmental, Social and Governance initiatives. This role is based in our Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. However, we understand how important a positive work-life balance is, so to help you give your best, we offer great facilities when you want to be in an office environment and support to work up to 80% of your hours from home.
