POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the CEO The Process Improvement Lead will lead the coordination and leading of methods to reduce costs, improve productivity and increase customer satisfaction at Mobis Parts Canada. This individual will conduct cycle time analysis and other system audits to verify current production rates and target potential improvements, as well as investigate procedural improvements. He/she will also work with various teams to improve the working environment and product throughput. The Process Improvement Lead will create training initiatives to increase the company's awareness of continuous improvement and drive a business transformation plan resulting in improved processes and company growth. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Coordinate with company staff on continuous improvement initiatives Analyze departmental workings, determining areas of improvement in quality standards and assurance Audit current procedures Create metrics, and analyze data.
