Responsibilities: Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery. Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries. Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients. Current RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the state of Arizona 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in the last 3 years in a supervised setting Current CPR card (live demonstration only) Negative TB/PPD or chest x-ray within the last 12 months Proof of current physical completed within the last the last 12 months Fingerprint clearance card Immunization records Med surge / rehab experience needed (minimum of 1 year) #INDPPowered by JazzHR
