The group maintains a cohesive culture and values teamwork, collaboration and contribution of individual team members.The Private Credit Loan Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the private credit loan portfolio. This includes monitoring and analyzing loan performance, ensuring compliance with loan covenants, and managing the loan closing process. The analyst will work closely with the investment team, legal team, and external service providers to ensure timely and accurate execution of loan transactions. Monitor and analyze loan performance, including financial statements, covenant compliance, and borrower communication Manage the loan closing process, including coordinating with legal counsel, reviewing loan documentation, and ensuring timely funding Coordinate trade and lifecycle activities between loan closer, back-office, Fund Administrator and Treasury/Cash management Maintain accurate loan records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures Oversight of Agency provider to ensure correct positions and cash data is available for internal reporting as well as service providers for fund accounting and portfolio management Work closely with the investment team to identify and mitigate risks in the loan portfolio Communicate with borrowers and external service providers to resolve issues and ensure timely loan servicing Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and investors on loan performance and portfolio trends We are looking for someone with the following qualifications / skills: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics Experience in the Private Corporate Credit Agency space/middle market loan space 2+ years of experience in loan operations or related field Proactive, self-motivated, excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills Ability to effectively prioritize work, adapt and make decisions in a fast and challenging environment where tasks can change daily High attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy and responsiveness Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word required Knowledge of private credit loan structures and documentation preferred Knowledge of PowerBI and SentryPM platforms preferred The position is based out of Austin, TX.Austin, TexasPDN-9bab224f-4721-4802-8b55-b56f27927633
