Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Industrial Security Analyst/Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to work at our Roy, UT location.Candidate will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day oversight and support of all security aspects of active programs. This position seeks a proactive, experienced program security officer to assist with the execution of diverse program security requirements and management of DoD SAPF and maintain compliance with all applicable classified federal, contractual, customer and company requirements. In this position you will be supporting a fast-paced, high-profile program using superb customer service skills to maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Develops and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Adhering to policies, practices, and procedures of the 32 CFR Part 117: National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM). Adhering to the DoD Manual 5205.07 Vol 1-4. Under minimal supervision, administers routine aspects of the DOD or other industrial security program to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Submission of DD Form 254s. Knowledgeable in the use of Defense Information System for Security (DISS), National Industrial Security System (NISS) and COMSEC. Requires the ability to make sound decisions while staying within compliance of DoD regulations. Manage time effectively and be able to take independent action. Must be well organized, willing to work in a team environment, be able to prioritize tasking, and perform in a multi-tasked and dynamic environment. Monitors security procedures; ensures compliance with all aspects of the security program including PERSEC, Physical and administrative procedures. Basic Qualifications : Six years of related security experience with Bachelor's degree or four years of related security experience with Master's degree. An additional four years of applicable work experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor's degree. Candidate must have and be able to maintain an Active U.S. Government security clearance at the Top Secret level with a background investigation date within the last 6 years or have a current enrollment in the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program. Ability to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP) approval. Preferred Qualifications : Top Secret clearance with previous SAP experience. Experience administering SAPs. Experience with government security compliance inspections. Salary Range: $76,600 - $115,000The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
