Location Timmins, ON Dimensions Responsible for the Management of the Full Potential Program across all Porcupine Operations, which include Refresh programs, site continuous improvement activities and initiatives, and an active member of the Full Potential Community of Practice. Purpose This role is a highly visible and collaborative position responsible for ensuring the ongoing success of Full Potential at all Porcupine Operations. As a key member of the Site Leadership Team this role provides site governance, coordination, collaboration, communication and consolidated reporting that supports Newmont's strategic objectives. This position will lead and enhance a Full Potential culture across the organization that facilitates the achievement of significant improvements in the efficient and effective execution of the business strategy. The Principle Advisor, Full Potential will work closely with site teams to focus on process improvements to enhance productivity, increase revenue and reduce costs, and will also be accountable for delivering on multiple, highly complex, highly visible initiatives that will have an immediate and long-term impact, leading to positive systemic change.
