JOB DESCRIPTION: Mental Health Therapist REPORTS TO: Clinical Director TIME COMMITMENT: 40 Hours PAY: $70,000 - $80,000 JOB STATUS: Exempt, At-Will Employee BENEFITS: Eligible Come work for the best. Qualifications: Utah State license Masters level or higher Professional documentation and charting skills Experience in treating youth and young adults Comfortable with a team approach Willingness to learn Telos systems and approach Preferred Experience in the residential treatment industry Working knowledge of Family Systems Theory Special training in working with emotional dysregulation Previous experience as a primary therapist Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains a caseload of 6-8 students conducting various therapy services including individual, family, and group therapy.
