Position Title: President Employer: Pure Concept Incorporated (o/a Esso)Employer Address: 161 Josephine Street, Wingham, Ontario, Canada N0G 2W0Work Location: Wingham, Ontario Language of Work: English Number of Positions: 1 Terms of the Position: - Terms: Permanent, Full-time- Hours: 40 hours/week - Wage: $51.40/hour - Benefits: Six weeks of vacation per year Skills and Experience Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s degree- Minimum Experience Requirements: o At least three (3) years of work experience in managerial roles. o Minimum of one (1) year experience managing a gas station. o Demonstrate experience recruiting, developing and training staff in a variety of positions and managing teams of at least 5-10 people. o Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of health, safety and environmental considerations associated with gas station/automotive businesses. o Possess experience developing and implementing health, safety and environmental protection/safety protocols and procedures in a workplace. o Demonstrate ability to handle budgetary responsibilities up to $500,000-$1.5 million. - Knowledge: o Demonstrate understanding of asset management and developing and implementing business strategieso Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Power Point- Personal Attributes: o Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skillso Be a team player, capable of working under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detailo Demonstrate flexibility and strong organizational skillso Possess team building and conflict management skills Summary: Pure Concept Incorporated (o/a Esso) is currently seeking to hire a highly skilled President capable of expanding the current business with new and unique services such as automotive repair/maintenance, detailing services and/or automotive sales.
