The Generator Field Service Engineer role comes with a competitive basic salary of £39,500 with overtime is available at Time and a Third. - Hours: 40 - Company Pension provided - Life Assurance - Full Manufacturer training provided - Medical and Dental Cash Plan scheme - Van and Fuel Card Provided Generator Field Service Engineer Key Responsibilities: - Investigate, diagnose and resolve customer reports of technical problems with generators - Service a wide variety of machines generators - Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and solve problems - Good customer service skills - Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers - Ensure compliance with relevant procedures when repairing and inspecting equipment - Ensure work/personal equipment complies with all safety standards Minimum Requirements as a Generator Field Service Engineer: - Minimum of 5 years experience servicing large diesel generators - Competent to work on electrical and mechanical aspects of generators as well as fuel and control systems. - Competent to work on large 2MW insitu generators - Ability to work without supervision - Interpersonal relationships/ Customer awareness/ Commercial awareness - Excellent verbal, written and critical thinking skills - Proficiency with MS Office If you want to hear more about the Generator Field Service Engineer role, please send us your CV by clicking apply now or by contacting Sanj Singh on 0748xyzxyz or sending an email to xyz X@ to discuss further.
