REQUIREMENTS: Minimum age of 16 Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum one year of experience as a Host/Hostess or in a customer service role (private club experience preferred) Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision Familiarity with reservation/point-of-sale systems is beneficial Positive attitude and high energy WORK SCHEDULE: Shifts vary, including nights, weekends, and holidays. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet and seat members promptly and courteously Conduct inspections of dining areas to ensure readiness and cleanliness Manage reservation lists and make necessary callbacks Ensure menus are clean and up-to-date Coordinate with management for daily specials and other pertinent information Attend all training and staff meetings Communicate effectively with servers and managers regarding reservations and service needs Assist members and staff as needed COMPENSATION: $16/hour Benefits package available after 90 days of full-time employment, including health, dental, vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
