Here at IMG we are pleased to announce that we are looking for a Policy Services Administrator working on Hybrid Basis out of our Cardiff Office on a one year fixed term contract working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday with a competitive salary of £20,320 - £23,000 (Depending on Experience). The Policy services Administrator works alongside our International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI), Travel & Underwriting teams providing general administrative support to various business functions. Our Administrators work alongside our International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI), Travel & Underwriting teams providing general administrative support to various business functions. This primarily involves responsibility for the daily policy administration for our European ALC Prima, Global Prima and IMGE product lines, assisting the Commercial Team, sales partners and brokers, and direct members selling or wishing to purchase, renew or make changes to our insurance policies. The Administrator will manage all incoming correspondence through calls, chats and emails relating to policy queries, payments, and general queries. They also provide administrative support to the Finance Team, processing payments to ensure all policy documentation is issued within service level agreements. The role also includes supporting our Claims Team with policy related queries, and providing interdepartmental support as the business requires.
