JOB SUMMARY: Poker Dealer deals all games in the Poker Section at Parkwest Bicycle Casino by performing the following duties listed below. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains a dealer bank to adequately make change and efficiently run the game. Scrambles shuffles and pitches cards in the manner prescribed in the Poker Dealer Handbook. Collects Casino's revenues. Supervises the betting action and enforces Parkwest Bicycle Casino rules. Assists players in the reading of hands and payoffs of the winning hands. Controls player disputes. Provides game instruction to new players. Must be available to work all shifts as needed. Follows directions of the Tournament Director or Floor personnel. Must be available to work any shift, weekends, holidays and overtime when needed. Other job related duties as assigned. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Previous experience dealing ALL POKER GAMES preferred.
