Job Title Platform Support Lead Job Description Platform Support Lead - Cambridge, MAWe are seeking a HealthSuite Patient Monitoring Support professional to lead a global support team of specialists for Level 2, 24x7 support and operations to: Establish and continuously improve proactive monitoring capabilities for on-prem and cloud-based solutions. Resolve customer support cases based on SLAs - role is expected to be hands-on beneath building up the L2 team. Establish effective communication structures and feedback loops between L1, L2 and L3 support to provide best-in-class service experience. Continuously improve the support processes Support establishing DevOps ways of working in collaboration with 3rd level support teams. Continuously Identify, improve automation, and cost opportunities. Drive proactive monitoring capabilities. Involved in planning and release of updates to the platform. You're the right fit if: Bachelor's in engineering (or comparable) 8+ years' experience in IT. Fluent in English both verbal and written.
