As a Planning & Highways Lawyer, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating planning agreements under section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and highway agreements under section 278 of the Highways Act 1980. As a Planning & Highways Lawyer, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating planning agreements under section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and highway agreements under section 278 of the Highways Act 1980.
