The Role: Our Pipe Layers repair existing issues outside each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, at every home. Pipe Layers have the benefit of earning a Guaranteed 40 hour per week paycheck regardless of season and level of work. What You'll Do Partner with the crew leader and operators to install and/or repair water and sewer lines for residential customers. Consistently represent yourself as a professional and "industry knowledgeable" which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business! Communicate effectively with team members at each stage of a task. Always maintain a clean, organized job site and truck. Be excited to participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.
