Central Texas Pediatric Orthopedics is looking for one full-time and one part-time (24 hours/week) Physician Assistants to join our exceptional team! With locations in Austin, Cedar Park, Westlake, Four Points, and South Austin, we are a team of over fifty committed folks, including an amazing group of over 25 talented professionals all focused on taking care of the orthopedic needs of Central Texas children. The day in the life of a Physician Assistant: This position includes clinic hours, call coverage, and light surgical assisting if interested. Clinic shifts include H&Ps, cast application and removal,consultation, small procedures such as pin removal; patient evaluation, reviewing test results, etc. Call coverage includes covering the ER at DCMC for orthopaedic consults, reductions, assisting in surgery, and hospital rounding. Here's the fine print: Orthopedic and hospital experience preferred At least one year experience as a PA Licensed or in the process of obtaining Texas licensure NCCPA certified Graduate of an accredited PA program A sense of humor!
