Pharmacist physician employment in Indiana : We are looking for an experienced Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to serve our ambulatory patients as a part of our Health System's Physicians Group under collaborative practice agreements while collaborating on an interdisciplinary team.
