Windsor Windows & Doors, a leading manufacturer of vinyl and wood windows and patio doors, has an immediate opening for a Paint and Stain Specialist at the West Des Moines, Iowa location within the production. Windsor is looking for a candidate to work within the PFI line, that can work a high volume automated paint and stain system. Knowledge/requirements include: Tint Specialist Manually mix and match stains to customer specifications Ensure quality control over all outgoing products Can understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures Paint and stain experience from sanding process through finished paint or stain process. Experience preferred in application of solvent and water-born finishes Familiarity with window and door piece parts is a plus Experience with painting inside a manual paint booth Experience : Painting: 3 years (Preferred) Equal opportunity employment | Competitive compensation and benefits | Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
