I am currently working on an exciting opportunity with a well-established and Legal 500 ranking law firm to bring an experienced Chartered Legal Executive to their busy claimant Personal Injury team in Grantham, Lincolnshire. This role comes at an exciting time of expansion for the firm as they are steadily expanding their areas of expertise and have invested in developing their Grantham head office into a top-quality law firm providing outstanding legal services. They are looking for someone who will work in line with the firm’s client-care values, so if you are local to Grantham, this may be the job for you Roles and responsibilities: - Running your own caseload of a broad range of Personal Injury matters including fast track and multi track cases - Taking client instructions and seeing files through to trial - Preparing applications to court and analysing documentary and expert evidence - Supporting junior fee earners by sharing knowledge and providing assistance when needed - Building and maintaining solid client relationships The ideal candidate will be: - Experienced in a wide variety of Personal Injury matters from start to finish-Ideally a Chartered Legal Executive though those who are not qualified but have plenty of experience handling their own Personal Injury caseload will be considered - A confident communicator - Personable with the ability to conduct solid working relationships with a wide variety of clients Your commitment to the firm and its overall business development will contribute to your success and development here.
