Responsibilities: • Create personalized workout routines to help clients accomplish their fitness objectives while remaining within their present physical capability• Perform personal fitness backssments to ensure that all exercise routines are appropriate for each client• Hold yourself and your clients to the highest standards of conduct and safety• Reduce the risk of injury by teaching clients good techniques for all activities, particularly those involving more advanced equipment• Monitor clients' progress and adjust their fitness plans accordingly Qualifications: • Outstanding time management and organizational skills• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)• Currently certified as a fitness instructor or personal trainer• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience• This role requires personal liability insurance• You must be physically located in Vancouver, Canada• You must be coachable and able to follow structure Compensation: $30 - $40 hourly plus bonuses About Company: Founded in 2010 we strive to be the most holistic yet results-driven personal training and online fitness coaching company.
