Personal Advisor: Leaving Care Team: Local Authority Hybrid Locum Up to GBP19 p/h Immediate Start Non Stop Care are working with a well: established local authority in the West Yorkshire area who are looking for an experienced social care professional to join their Leaving Care Team as a Personal Advisor. In this position you will be working to support Social Workers with their caseloads in various areas of Childrens Services whilst also working with the young people to form and maintain a trusting working relationship to encourage positive outcomes for their future. You will have great home working flexibility in this position too allowing you to spend less time travelling and giving you a better work/life balance and who doesnt want that.
