Looking for smart, responsible, organized, and trustworthy assistant. Must be able to take directions, work alone to complete list of tasks, and have good communication skills. We need someone that is a PROBLEM SOLVER!!! It is imperative as an assistant to take ownership of the job and be proactive in every way. If there is a problem you don t know how to solve, don t give up Find out the best way to deal with it and solve it! Please keep in mind we are looking for someone long-term. ***A LARGE plus if you: - Have previous assistant experience (and understand the above concepts) - Live in Nearby Area. - Have experience or knowledge in accounting, real estate, or business matters. - Knowledge of Windows computer systems Examples of Tasks: Filing - Typing up documents - Answering phones (must be a good people person ) - Writing checks/paying bills - Occasional errand running (bank deposits, post-office, light shopping, etc.) *** Hours are somewhat flexible. Eventually assistant would be at the home office for at least 4-5 hours/day, 5 days/week. *** We will be conducting the first round of interviews over the phone, and the second round in person.
