About the Role : ProactiveDealer Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced AutomotivePerformance Coach to join our team. As an Automotive Performance Coach, youwill be responsible for providing coaching and training services to automotivedealerships within the designated territory. You will work closely withdealership personnel to enhance their performance, improve customer satisfaction,and drive overall profitability. Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to: Conduct in-depth assessments of dealershipoperations, including sales, service, and parts departments. Analyze dealership performance data and identifyareas for improvement. Develop customized coaching plans based ondealership needs and goals. Provide on-site coaching and training to dealershippersonnel, including sales managers, service advisors, and technicians. Assist with implementing best practices andprocesses to optimize dealership operations. Train dealership staff on effective salestechniques, customer service skills, and product knowledge. Monitor dealership performance and provide ongoingsupport and guidance. Collaborate with dealership management to developaction plans for achieving performance targets. Stay up to date with industry trends, marketconditions, and new automotive technologies. IdealCandidate: *Proven experience as an AutomotivePerformance Coach or in a similar role within the automotive industry.*In-depth knowledge of dealershipoperations, including sales, service, and parts departments.*Strong understanding of automotivesales processes and customer satisfaction strategies.*Excellent coaching and trainingabilities, with a track record of driving performance improvement.*Exceptional interpersonal andcommunication skills.*Must have automotive retail experience Must have a valid Driver's license Must be legally authorized to work in the US Must be located within driving distance of Irvine/LA County AdditionalImportant Information & Offerings: M-F, 9 - 5 hours; 85 - 100% on the road work schedule with some admin days 100 - 115k base salary with bonus opportunities Medical/Dental/Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance 401(k) plan w/ employer match PTO and paid Holidays Vehicle discounts through Toyota Team-oriented, positive, and supportive company culture environment PDN-9c11bc4f-e2e3-46fe-8527-5208effd49e8
