Responsibilities:• Follow up on patients' functional abilities and continue with the individualized treatment plans to improve their quality of life.• Implement occupational therapy interventions focusing on enhancing patients' independence in daily activities.• Collaborate with the occupational therapist to monitor and assess patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies to promote long-term health and well-being.• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress reports, and treatment outcomes.
