Location: Berlin Job Title: People Manager - City Lead Salary: €80.000 - €90.000 per year + kpi bonus My client is looking for a City Lead to lead their team in Berlin. This full-time position is based in Berlin, reporting to the General Manager, and entails managing Berlin and Hamburg sites. The position requires managing the local team, sales, customer service, and operations, while serving as a facilitator for interactions with HQ in Israel. An ideal candidate will be a team-player with a hefty background in management, and a high drive to get things moving in a fast-paced environment. The main responsibilities of a City Lead include but are not limited to: Lead, grow and develop a team of sales, community and operations managers. Together with the Sales Manager, manage sales efforts & implement solutions to improve business performance in the city Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure operations run smoothly through Berlin branches Work with local community managers and community associates to ensure high customer satisfaction, and high NPS results Be the POC for all corporate matters between The German market & HQMonitor budgets, collection, KPIs, and market’s performance Work closely with various HQ stakeholders, such as HR, Marketing, Legal, Finance etc’, in order to make sure goals are met Nurture the brand through PR efforts, events, and liaison with the Marketing department Experience & Minimum Qualifications:4+ years experience in managing a team and leading a business unit3+ year of sales and/or customer service Experience working in international environment - an advantage College degree in Business Management, Economics, Hospitality, Consulting or similar MBA - advantage Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to drive revenue and/or build winning teams Fluent English and German Critical Competencies for Success: You must be a multi-faceted professional who has dabbled in a variety of fields; A general.
