Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is a must.Our client, a premier Boston law firm, is seeking a highly motivated Patent Attorney or Agent. Assignments include: Preparing and filing of patent applications with the USPTO. Prosecution of domestic foreign patent applications. Patentability searches and options.In addition to relative background, a successful applicant should have the following:Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering. Masters of PhD degree strongly preferred.Substantial background preparing and prosecuting patent applications involving electronics, telecommunications and business methods.Admission to the Massachusetts Bar preferred.Direct client interaction on matters including patentability, infringement and invalidity opinions
