Candidates must be registered with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO) or qualified to register.Job Duties:Conduct patent prosecution activities for clients in various technology domains such as 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end.Draft patent applications and responses to office actions.Communicate effectively with inventors, attorneys, and stakeholders to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.Conduct prior art searches and patentability analyses.Assist in patent portfolio management and strategy development.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of patent prosecution experience.Proficiency in patent prosecution related to 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end technologies.Excellent academic credentials.Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent preferred.Certifications:Registration with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO) or qualification to register for the USPTO.Skills:Proficiency in patent prosecution procedures and practices.Ability to comprehend and articulate complex technical concepts.Prior experience in conducting prior art searches and patentability analyses.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficient in legal research and analysis.
