Non Stop Care are working with an Outstanding Ofsted Local Authority in Berkshire who are looking for an experienced Supervising Social Worker on a pert: time basis The role is based within the Family Placement Team in the Authority where hybrid working is also available Benefits: Attractive starting salary : Up to GBP26,862 + 4 annual retention bonus Outstanding Ofsted : Work within the highest standards of practice Flexible, hybrid working Ongoing training, development and progression opportunities Manageable caseload levels : very stable service Responsibilities: To support the recruitment and backssment process of Foster Carers to enable more vulnerable children to be placed in local placements, near to their family and friends. To backss Special Guardians and ensure that support plans are in place. To work with a childs Social Worker to achieve permanence for children, whether this be through long term fostering or special guardianship. Requirements: Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
