We are looking for a new staff member to join our new Parent Carer service in the following position: Parent Carer backssment & Support Worker 37 hours per week We are looking for a unique individual who has passion and fire in their belly to make a difference to parents and families lives. This is an exciting opportunity for a Parent Carer backssment & Support Worker to become part of a new project in Norfolk helping backss, support and connect Parent Carers of children and young people with special educational needs (SEND) and disabilities. The project is joining our already established Young Carers & Families service. If you have experience supporting families (including your own lived experience) where there are children & young people with disabilities or special education needs; you are able to creatively problem solve and you have the determination to make a difference, never giving up, then come join our team! Ability to travel across Norfolk on a regular basis is essential. Salary: £26,080 x 37 hours per week Contract: Pilot Project, fixed term to 30th April 2024 Base: St Clements House, 2-16 Colegate, Norwich, NR3 1BQ. We will consider alternate bases in other areas of the county, subject to discussion with candidate. A hybrid working policy is in development.
