Negotiate and draft complex legal documents, such as transactional agreements, commercial contracts, terms and conditions, and policy documents. Provide support in the following areas of law: Employment, Data Privacy, Civil Litigation, Consumer Contracts, Intellectual Property, Health and Safety, Corporate Governance, Commercial, and Technology.
