Overview Responsible for operating and tending machines and spray equipment to apply enamel, aluminum paint, or other non-metallic protective and decorative coatings to surfaces of various products. Duties include loading and unloading Thermon products using a jib crane into a conveyor system, handling materials and use of other assigned tools. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities includes: Operate paint line equipment to paint cores and parts manufactured within Thermon. Operate oven curing system. Operate conveyor system. Maintain air filtration system, paint line equipment and conveyor system. Ability to work with Enamel and Aluminum paint. Read drawings and fill out reports if necessary. Ready to do general assembly when the scope of operations is low and willing to be crossed trained in other production areas. Follow and uphold Thermon safety regulations.
