Check us out at: https://www.woodgrain.com/ We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative What we bring to you: · Base plus commission · Woodgrain pays 75% of medical, dental and vision insurance · 401k matching · PTO (3 weeks) · Perks such as tuition reimbursement and large discounts off Woodgrain products What our Outside Sales Representative: Ability to meet and/or exceed sales goals and objectives. Exhibit thorough understanding of the business: Woodgrain capabilities and processes, products, customers, supply chain, local market trends and conditions, competitors, and market pricing Demonstrate thorough understanding and execution of each step in the sales process. Collaborate and communicate across departments to deliver profitable sales growth and customer satisfaction. What you need to have: Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent experience preferred. Proven track record of developing and building customer/client relationship. 3-4 years sales experience in building materials or wood industry. Flexible to travel and overnight commute.
