Learn more about us at www.transteck.com Transteck has an immediate opening for a Outside Parts Representative that would be based out of our Hagerstown location but handle the Frederick, MD. area. . Job Summary: We are seeking an Outside Part Sales Representative that will be responsible for maintaining and increasing an established sales region in Eastern Maryland. This role is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a motivated salesperson to work for one of the largest Freightliner Truck dealers in the United States. We have the resources to provide you with the best-in-class training, over $5,000,000 in parts inventory, and the support of an experienced inside parts sales team all while working with the leader in large heavy-duty trucks. T he ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, detail oriented, and a competitively driven individual. Essential Job Functions Call on customers on a regular basis Prospect for new customers Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service levels Meet sales and gross profit margins goals Provide quotes and process orders for customers as needed Travel with vender reps On going training (OEM parts training) Up Sell Perform all other duties as assigned Requirements 2 to 3 years sales experience preferred Detail oriented individual Self-starter able to work independently Willing to build long lasting Relationships Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel Industry experience a plus CDK software experience a plus Transteck offers competitive wages and great benefits including Base Salary + commission Company Vehicle Company phone or monthly allowance Medical Dental and Prescription plan 401k Short- & long-term Disability Paid vacations Paid holidays
