Annual Salary Range: £31,000-£41,000, DOELocation: Office-based in Oxford Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time Reports to: Outreach Manager, Ellison Scholars This is an exciting new opportunity for a professional with experience of large-scale project coordination, ideally educational outreach or talent recruitment, to help facilitate a global outreach strategy that drives high quality applications for the Ellison Scholars programme - a unique new scholarship for study at the University of Oxford. This will be a key role in achieving our vision of finding and funding the next generation of technical entrepreneurs and political leaders and accelerating their journey to positively impact humanity. This post is commissioned and funded by the Ellison Institute of Technology (EIT), established in Los Angeles and now expanding into Oxford. EIT is expanding upon its existing collaborations with the University of Oxford by building a 320,000 square feet research institute and medical clinic in the nearby Oxford Science Park. In addition to this investment, EIT will fund approximately 20 scholarships each year for the world's best global innovators, offering fully-funded study at the University of Oxford, and cutting-edge programming and innovation opportunities with world experts in Oxford, LA and beyond. The Ellison Scholars programme is looking to select people from around the world who are passionate about their subjects and who are motivated to solve some of the world's biggest problems using technology.
