What you'll be doing: Interior and exterior patrols Conducting daily functions of the security unit including access control, security escorts, responding to calls for service and report writing/note taking Provide keys and temporary pass to visitors/employees Liaising with visitors, customers. and the general public on a consistent basis Providing customer service information and assist in handling the questions of visitors Maintaining a positive, productive work environment through positive teamwork What we offer: We offer competitive wages $19 - $22/hr. Customer service oriented Written skills are necessary: Replying to emails, shift log, Occurrence Reports. Must be available any day of the week for 12 hour rotational shifts either days or nights Leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a stressful environment Ability to stand on foot and walk for long periods of time - Physically capable of handling all aspects of their duties which includes response during plant emergencies, foot patrols, and mail deliveries. Good verbal and written communication skills- High level of English is required - Must be able to communicate through radio, also able to answer phone calls Reliable vehicle to get to site.
