Step into an established patient panel, seeing mainly shoulder and knees at the premier partner of regional collegial sports, high school sports, and a minor-league baseball team. We offer a quick and clear path to partnership, where you could benefit from earning potential upwards of $800K. In addition to owning the building that we practice in, we also have a fully developed PT program and clinical research program that generate a steady stream year over year. About the Practice: Guaranteed base of $450,000 plus production 2 year track to partnership with a group of collegial surgeons Blocked OR time with opportunity for ownership at our nearby surgical center State-of-the art equipment - Mako Robot, digital Xrays, hydrotherapy On-site physical therapy, pain management, and procedure rooms Dedicated and experienced support staff for each physician, including medical assistants, NPs, and a care coordinating team Partnership with local D3 college teams, high schools, and professional baseball Schedule Details: 3 days of clinic, 2 days of surgery Premium paid 1:6 general ortho call Our community in Virginia continues to experience economic growth.
