Janssen-Ortho Inc. is recruiting for an Operations Associate Janssen Bio Advance® to be located in Toronto, Ontario. Janssen Bio Advance® is a market leading Patient Support Program supporting the portfolio of JNJ Innovative Medicine products and delivering care to more than 70,000 patients. The Operations Associate is an integral member of the Patient Support Program, responsible for assisting with the program's daily operations, vendor management, and ensuring that defined processes are efficiently implemented as designed. This role requires a proactive individual who is organized, collaborative, and adept at leading multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, a passion for patient care, and an innovative, customer centric approach to improve program effectiveness. The role will partner with Janssen Bio Advance® functions and vendors to compliantly deliver program services and understand and prioritize opportunities to strengthen existing program services across multiple therapeutic areas to optimize patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with multi-functional teams, vendors, and other partners to improve patient services and drive operational excellence. Manage a portfolio of vendor partnerships to achieve strategic goals, innovation, and operational priorities. Lead vendor management with metrics, contract negotiations, and continuous process improvements. Assist in the day-to-day operations including vendor communications, contract renewals, maintenance of program checklists and supplier issues. Address patient feedback and concerns promptly, ensuring patient satisfaction. Implement corrective action plans to solve problems efficiently and effectively. Proactively identify, prioritize, and lead customer centric process improvement projects to improve program efficiency and service quality with strong partner engagement. Lead data analytics.
