Who we need Reporting to the General Manager, Manufacturing, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with the people leadership skills to join us as our new Operations and Maintenance Manager. You will have comprehensive oversight of construction projects, maintenance activities, and facilities management, and will be key in maintaining an efficient production environment. You will lead a team of five, ensuring both equipment effectiveness and safety while optimizing productivity. Your responsibilities will extend to managing the maintenance budget, establishing a proactive maintenance program, and leading our facilities move slated for 2024.
