The Role: As an analyst - is responsible for supporting the delivery team with data integrity, reporting, and process improvement needs. Delivery Analyst is responsible for data mining, analysis, and reporting automation of existing processes and reporting. This position will assist in the analysis of projects, revenue, finance reconciliation processes, and will drive process efficiency through the employment of continuous improvement methodologies including automation Position Responsibilities Gathering and analyzing Data Interpreting gathered Data Creating and submitting month end reports - Financial, project and staffing Helping management in identifying process improvements driven by data analytics Process Improvement and Automation Month End Reporting - Financial, Project and Staffing Responsible for automating the Smartsheet trackers using the workflows, alerts, reminders, intake forms. Responsible for sharing the Daily, weekly, monthly, Quarterly, annual reports - eg Revenue forecast, forecast vs actual, project health report, aging report/analysis. Responsible for time tracking and reporting project manager's activities Responsible to maintain weekly, monthly reports on the department/project/resource wise utilization. Responsible for PSA solution implementation and administration Role Requirements. 5+ years in Professional Services Operations Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite, Smartsheet and related professional system automation tools Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality. Self-starter that can figure out what needs to be done and executes. Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization Experience with FinancialForce Other Duties.
