Office Assistant-Full Time The Center for Musculoskeletal Evaluations, affiliated with Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine , provides comprehensive Independent Medical Evaluations (IME) Services for workers' compensation and liability injuries. We are recruiting a full time Office Assistant for our Medical/Legal/IME department, located at our North Hills/McCandless office. The schedule for this position is 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include copying/mailing reports, organizing medical records, scheduling IME appointments, processing Job Analysis requests, maintaining files, providing email and telephone customer service, computer work and related clerical and administrative tasks. Must possess excellent customer service skills, demonstrated computer proficiency and be organized with a positive and upbeat attitude. Experience with medical records, medical/orthopedic practices or knowledge in the area of independent medical evaluations is preferred.
