The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of handling various administrative tasks with ease. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence. Office Management: Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory. Ensure the office is tidy and well-organized. Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation and formatting of documents, reports, presentations, and other materials. Record Keeping: Maintain and organize files, records, and documents in both electronic and physical formats. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and requests. Assist with Special Projects: Support various departments with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Prioritization and time management skills.
