They are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their team and nurture the growth and development of young learners in a safe and stimulating environment. Duties: Cultivate a secure, stimulating, and nurturing setting for childrens growth. Design and implement age-appropriate activities in alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage EYFS framework. Monitor and backss childrens advancements, offering feedback to parents and guardians. Promote transparent and efficient communication among parents, guardians, and colleagues to foster collaborative child growth. Adhere to safety regulations, conduct risk backssments, and sustain a secure environment. Maintain accurate and current records of childrens progress, encompassing daily routines, observations, and incident reports. Work closely with fellow practitioners and team members to establish a harmonious and supportive workplace atmosphere. Stay abreast of the latest trends in early childhood education by attending relevant training and workshops. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Nursery Practitioner or in a similar role. Preferred CACHE Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education. Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage EYFS framework.
