The Coleman family has been selling and servicing cars in the Washington-Metropolitan, and Bethesda areas since the 1950s. Mr. William Coleman, founder of Coleman Automotive, had a vision of establishing a dealership with a higher level of class and a superior level of service. He believed that Bethesda residents and Washingtonians alike possessed higher expectations of retailers. He was ahead of his time, striving to deliver a unique, customer-focused car buying experience. We are a local leader in automotive retail, looking to add qualified professionals to our team. Responsibilities - Car Sales: Greet customers in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements in order to match their vehicle needs with one in the current inventory. Accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology. Follow guidelines and best practices for dealing with and handling Internet inquiries. Assist all customers who arrive in our showroom. Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network. Work with sales managers and BDC staff to capitalize on all opportunities. Keep up with industry standards and best practices. Pass training classes and e-modules to gain and maintain certifications. Most, importantly always take care of the customer and have fun while maintaining professionalism.
