Every day you will provide support to meet their goals. As a Night Shift DSP, you would be working to make sure the home is reset and ready to go for whatever the next day brings. PIVOT! -- Did not see that coming. Not a problem; adjust, adapt and flourish. Every day at MVA is an adventure (and a fun one). No experience is required for this role. We will teach you everything that you need to know! Perks of the Night Shift: Got homework?-The night shift is responsible for cleaning and prepping meals, but if all your work is done, use your homework to keep you awake! Learn a new skill!-Beef up your own cooking skills by expanding your experience with recipes and strategic meal prepping for multiple meal needs! Support your team!-Every day you go home, know that by doing your work well, you have made everyone else's day run smoother and the lives of the residents better too! Earn an extra 15% shift differential for hours worked 7:00 PM- 6:00 AM! Salary This position starts at a competitive wage , $17.00 with a 15% shift differential. We are also currently offering a $500 sign-on bonus --$250 at the time of hire and $250 after your first six months-for certain positions. All hours worked between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, and any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday earn a shift differential of 15% of your hourly rate! At $17.00 your shift differential would be $2.51 per hour, for a total hourly rate of $19.55!
