THE DIFFERENCE is that you will build on the good work that has already been delivered and ensure they have safe services across their divisions. This role has an opportunity to greatly impact in a positive way the safety of a portfolio of services used by the local population with a focus on improving governance across their midwifery services. THE ROLE IS BOTH INTERESTING AND CHALLENGING because you will be working with their midwifery services with an Improvement Advisor to ensure they have excellent patient safety processes in place, and implementing improvement with their governance processes on the ground You will contribute to the journey this Trust is on to improve the health outcomes of its local community. TO DELIVER THIS we require an experienced Governance Lead with a collaborative leadership style with the ability to support the Complaints and Serious Incident teams ensuring they are following the best processes. We are looking for someone with the passion, and expertise within Governance and Patient Safety.
