What we offer: Casual schedule with flexible hours Overnight premium Free facility parking A dynamic work environment Opportunity for advancement in the security industry What you will be doing: Working out of our National Control Centre within the Garda World branch in Mississauga, National Control Officers are responsible for the monitoring and security control of Garda World branches and vehicles, the issuance of electronic locks codes and attack response. Management of sensitive information Emergency response (including GPS, alarms and emergency phone line) Responding to emergency situations & incidents, implementing emergency response procedures, escalation, and reporting emergencies to the appropriate personnel Monitor and track any major incident that interrupts service response or increases the risk to any Garda World crews or branches, such as robberies, power outages, fires, and other branch-related emergencies. Monitoring the vehicles and branches through CCTV and tracking systems Issuing access codes for vehicles, branches, and ATMs Escalation of GPS and tracking issues to Garda World IT and/or Fleet Help Desk functions; escalation of security related issues nationally. Ensuring all company policies and standards are followed (i. e. security procedures, operational procedures) What we are looking for: Strong written and verbal command of French and English Prior dispatch experience.
