REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate for this position must be self-motivated and possess interpersonal skills. - Phone - Computer with Internet access - 18yrs+ - Must be a USA Resident - Only 1 person per household can become an Instant Rewards Referral Agent SALARY: Part timers average between $200 and $700 a week. Full timers make over $900 weekly. Income potential increases with work experience. JOB DESCRIPTION: Post ads online similar to the ad that brought you here. We provide training on how to post and where. - Support available 24/7 Take inbound phone calls - NO COLD CALLING! Explain IRN(Instant Rewards Network) to the caller, what we do and how they can also work from home as a Referral Agent making an extra $20 to $120 per day. Short script is provided to read if you need it. Assist your referrals over the phone or email by walking them through the easy, free sign-up process, get their Instant Rewards company account set up, and lastly, help them complete a few free (or inexpensive) trial offers using their bank issued credit or debit card. NO PRE-PAID CARDS ALLOWED! Get paid as soon as the person completes the trial offer/offers. When they complete their offers, your commission is immediately deposited into your company account.
